Terms
Terms of use
Last updated October 19, 2026. These terms are between you and TinyNotes (“we”, “us”). By using TinyNotes you agree to them; if you don’t, please don’t use it.
1. What TinyNotes is
TinyNotes is a notes app. You can use it without an account, with notes saved in your browser, or sign in with your email so your notes sync across your devices.
2. Your account
You sign in with your email and a password. Keep your password private and your email account secure, since password resets go there. You must be at least 13 to use TinyNotes. Tell us at support@tinydotlabs.com if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Your notes are yours
You own what you write. To run TinyNotes we need to store, copy and send your notes between your devices; you give us permission to do that, and only that. We don’t claim any other rights to your content. How we handle it is described in the Privacy policy.
4. Using it fairly
Don’t use TinyNotes to break the law, to store or share content that infringes others’ rights, or to harm the service or other people: no attempts to get into other accounts, overload or probe the service, or work around its limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Price
TinyNotes is free today, including accounts and sync. If we ever add paid plans, what’s free now won’t start costing money without notice, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
6. Keep your own copy
We work hard to keep your notes safe and the service running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Notes saved only in your browser can be lost if the browser’s data is cleared. Export a backup now and then (Settings → Backup & import).
7. Ending
You can stop using TinyNotes and delete your account at any time (Settings → Account). We may change or stop offering TinyNotes; if we shut it down, we’ll give account holders at least 30 days’ notice by email so you can export your notes.
8. No warranties
TinyNotes is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
9. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of TinyNotes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we’ll let account holders know by email before they take effect. Using TinyNotes after that means you accept the new terms.
